The current plan was maxed out on data allowance. On a monthly basis they incurred overages of 25-59%.
How We Helped
We terminated or suspended all lines without usage.
The plan was completely overhauled. Lines that could be moved to unlimited were, all others were formed into a new group with a 20% buffer of allowance over the peak need.
The remote locations that were run off MIFI devices were moved to a third party wireless solution. This solution allowed up to 300gb of usage without throttling on a more stable connection.
