The company was adding lines at a rapid rate and was concerned savings would evaporate as we added lines.
How We Helped
We changed the cost structure within the same plan to a more efficient cost per gigabyte of usage rate and still increased total allowance.
Increased the number unlimited plans to the highest 5% of users to allow us to lower overall data need, creating a larger buffer.
Implemented a weekly review of the account and monthly reporting to document all changes to usage and need.
